Multi-Sig Quorum

There will be a total of 3 members of the quorum, at any given time - with a total of 2 minimum required to execute any transaction from the Locked Community Treasury.

The quorum controls the wallet, 2 of the 3 votes have the ability to remove or introduce new members.

If for whatever reason, any of the multisig members choose to dump their personal holdings, they will be voted out of the quorum and a new member will be initiated.
