Introduction

DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) is an organization represented by rules encoded as a transparent computer program (smart contract), controlled by the organization members.

As the rules are embedded into the code, no managers are needed, thus removing any bureaucracy or hierarchy hurdles.
